Visited Hall Hill Farm for my Grandsons birthday treat. In the party there was 13 if us,4 kids the rest adults. We all enjoyed it good place to visit for the kids and us. Price to enter is ok too. Would definitely go back again.
I needed a large hire car for I week and rang the West Auckland branch based on their reviews. The manager , Cameron , picked me up himself at home and drove me to the branch office. I had discussed my requirements with Cameron over the phone and asked for an MPV, but was delighted that Cameron had ordered a large 8 seat car (hyundai I800 ) that accommodated a party of 6. it was a perfect choice!!! Without his knowledge we would have struggled . I returned the car a week later , I caused a scratch to the car in a car park that was dealt with quickly by Romy, who was professional and had excellent customer service skills. The service at this branch of Enterprise was excellent. This branch will be my first choice in the future.
