I recently visited the garage to have a new door installed on my car. The staff were really helpful, and booked me in at short notice. The new door was fitted within a few hours, and the garage called me to let me know it was ready to pick up. After the installation, I noticed an issue with the speaker in the new door, and the garage replaced it with the functioning speaker from the old door free of charge. They also placed the useful spare parts in my boot for use in the future, if I ever encounter a problem.
