Reception staff need a lesson in customer service.Descusting how they go on.

A decent experience, however the practise is let down by unprofessional receptionists, who talk and laugh about customers once they have left the waiting area in earshot of other customers. The ginger receptionist, Jessie, was most impolite. Be sure to use Mr Ellis if you do use this practise, very friendly.
