Asked them to fix home pc , said it was urgent, my god it was sorted so quick it was unreal and what a bargain for what they did, and added extra security for free!! went behind the scenes a bit to sit down as they said i may as well wait.. what pleasant people, if acalrsberg made pc repairers ...itd be these :) very happy , i wont deal with no one else., i drove down in my yellow sports car with me santa hat on .remember me? ho ho ho, i will be down with some chocs and a card later on. merry xmas

Great staff and great customer service. Recently purchased a new gaming laptop and it was running a lot slower than what it should have been running at with the specs of the laptop. Took it to A-Byte and managed to get it fixed and returned to me in under 3 hours. Laptop now runs at an incredibly fast pace and actually feels like a brand new laptop. 5 stars all round.
These guys tell you where you are with your computer(s) and what needs to be done to get your machines to where you would like to be or they are able to take you to an even better place ! and in my view they place more importance on a happy customer coming back again and again than earning a quick buck. I've been coming back for 8 years and I have yet to recommend them to anybody who has not been very happy with the service they have provided.
