Seemed good to start with but ordered a Desk with them on September 30th and still hasn't arrived. Poor service and communication. I had to chase them for delivery date which they now advise will be Thursday 1st November. Over a Month later.
Can't complain with the service at all, they were very helpful.
I ordered a TV stand from here with a quoted delivery time of 10-15 working days. 1 month later, I phoned them to request a status update only to be told that it would be at least another week before I might expect to receive something. Mistake can happen and it's only in seeing how a company deals with them that we can really appreciate the customer service. Other than swiftly charging my card, I've seen nothing from FH that would encourage me to believe there's any focus on the customer from this bunch. They might be a little cheaper but I don't think they're worth the effort.
