Amazing gym! Definitely old school which I prefer and there is a vast selection of free weights and machines. There is no shortage of weight plates and even when the gym is packed, you still have a lot of options to choose from equipment wise. Staff are friendly and polite and even the toilets/showers and sun beds are always really clean. Highly recommend this gym.
If you like old school training with lots of weights with different angles to hit muscle groups differently then this gym is the place to train.
This place was utterly amazing, great equipment, friendly staff, good selection of weight training equipment, including a shoulder press bench which I have not seen outside of home gyms for years! They even had a bar where you could pay for whey protein or mass gainers! I wish I was here more often to use it far more!
