I haven't been to Bathroom World.
They have some lovely stock in store, but after a couple of visits I decided to phone for a quote. I made 5 calls over a week and a half but not once did they answer the call and there is no voicemail facility either.UI tried to call the Darlington store but hey guess what? No answer!

Absolutely delighted with the service, products and fitting of our stunning new bathroom. Victoria is brilliant, so helpful and Frank, Mark and Paul bathroom fitters and tiler amazing. Will be returning for en-suite refurb and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.
I would highly recommend Bathroom World 3. Excellent choice of bathrooms and lots of help at hand. We purchased a bathroom which has just been fitted and it looks lovely. Products are of high quality and cant thank Victoria enough for all of her help.
