Food was cold, ordered at 18.20pm food did not arrive until 19.50pm asked for chocolate gateaux which was 2.00 they sent me chocolate fudge which was 1.80 yet still charged me then online it said 4 delivery to Tow Law yet on phone she said it was 5 It did not get put on to my online transaction so I still had to go to the shop to get money out to pay them for their delivery so it spoilt my quiet night in!
My order was totally wrong when it arrived, ordered plain Donna wrap and a margarita pizza , the wrap was full of salad and garlic and chilli all inside and the pizza was awful far to much cheese! The worst part was the customer service as I called straight away and said could they take it back as was incorrect and was spoken to on phone Like a idiot ! They totally denied the state of the order were cheeky and abrupt and not at any point did they apologise nor offer a replacement so basically I wasted 16 and the food went in bin !!! Go elsewhere people
Wouldn't even class it 1 star absolety disgraceful can't even get my order right even though they read my order back to me stupid then expect me to starve while everyone else's orders were right won't be ordering again as also 25 mins late!!!!
Best garlic bread with cheese we've ever had. Love the piri piri chicken kebab. Go all the way from Durham to visit this pizza shop.
