Horrendous - unapologetic for late delivery. Abrupt and rude when inquiring when food would arrive. He said it'd be minute, then hung up. I rang back five minute later to tell him food was still not there and to ask why he hung up mid sentence. He said he wrote my address wrong yet made it out to be my fault. i asked him to cancel my order due to his not caring about my order. The delivery guy still turned up regardless. I politely explained the situation and asked him to take it up with the man who answered the telephone order. The delivery driver was enraged, aggressive. I explained that none of it was my fault and that no one rang me to let me know that said order would be outrageously late. The delivery driver swore at me (the F word in fact). This was disgusting behaviour from 2 grown men and the owner should be thoroughly ashamed to employ such disrespectful staff lacking in the most basic of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. Shame because I ordered once before and the food was actually nice. A great pity the staff could not be the same standards as the food. I will never order from this horrendous place again. Upset, shaken and a little scared by the abusive delivery driver.
