Delightful museum with so much wonderful information about the Dale. Attached to the historic High House Chapel which is under threat at present because such expensive repairs are needed. We hope the Methodists will get help to save it.

Interesting place, well worth a visit, doesn't open in the mornings. Upstairs is a genealogy department. The chapel itself is amazing, you can imagine the fervour of those early Wesleyan congregations and yet there is such peace there as well. Still used today.

small yet perfect.
