Service was great but now I'm having problems with my phone bill they try to scan the life out of you but it's definitely worth giving them a call to sort it out and usually if you're assertive you normally get closer to what you ask for
We now use this shop rather than our local one in Durham City Centre that is absolutely dire! The staff at the Bishop Auckland shop are incredibly friendly and helpful and go out of their way to offer a first class customer service. We usually book an appointment but if you just pop in the staff will always try to help you if they are not already seeing customers. We can HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone!
Hubby went for a sim only deal but wanted to keep his old number..went to the shop..New SIM put in phone..Spoke to customer service at their call centre..."Old number will be on your phone in 24 to 48 hours later.".. Well 7 days later still waiting...went back to the shop..the guy who served us couldn't understand what we wanted...so after trying to explain again for the 5th time ..we got the arsey store manager. Who was so cocky..she did manage to get it sorted but she could do with a few lessons on how to talk to customers and remember they not the only phone shop in Bishop Auckland
