Good place to stay, nice staff in hotel and pub. Foods a good standard.
We regularly stay in this hotel when we visit family with our most recent visit being from 23rd to 27th December. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and/or professional and are an absolute credit to premier Inn.
Provides a nice, clean but basic place to stay. Friendly staff who are happy to assist and a large car parking area which is situated next to a family friendly restaurant.Located on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland it is an ideal area for touring local places of interest.
Stayed over last night and it does what it says on the tin ! Comfortable, clean, decent meal and breakfast. Well worth the price.
We arrived late Friday evening after a long drive from Wales. Ample parking, no trouble at all. Receptionist was really helpful, stored our belongings so we could go straight into the out ajoining pub to grab some food. Rooms were spacious, spotless and really comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal the night before were delicious, excellent value for money. Check out was easy, and the receptionist was lovely, really friendly. Stayed in quite a few Premier Inns, this is one of our favourites.
