Had a New Year's Eve meal here and the food was excellent. Lovely staff. Will be returning for an evening meal soon.
I have eaten Sunday roast here before and I was impressed with the food and service. Thought It would be a good idea to spend New year's eve here with my partner in the Phoenix suite and dine in the restaurant on the evening. We were both blown away with the incredible food and service we received especially on such a busy night. The staff are all very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us even past 12. Breakfast was fantastic and is good value for money. If I were to moan about anything it would be that the room was extremely hot even with the windows open and that the neighbouring doors slam shut which does wake you on the morning.
Wow! This is a simply gorgeous place to go! We went for a family function, it was a 50th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely private room. The staff were amazing! They were so helpful, kind, friendly and just wonderful. They couldn't do enough for you. The food was amazing. We all had a variety of dishes (there was 18 of us) and no one said anything negative at all. The food was lovely, the best a lot of us had had and very good priced too. We all had a 3 course meal and many couldn't finish. I stayed over also there and the room was beautiful. One of the nicest of rooms we had stayed in, and for a very good price too. Breakfast was lovely the next day. Everything was made to order, with a variety of cereals and juices. The food was very filling and delicious. Overall we will definitely be going back there again very soon!
4 of us went for a meal to Thomas Wright House and it was lovely. The food was very nice and well presented and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed our time there.
Sammy booked our holiday she made it so easy for me and pleasant stress free. Words can't describe the experience I've had at this amazing hotel. The staff are all amazing. They couldn't do enough for me and my family. Esther is the ownerShe also made the experience at the hotel amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Just want to say thanks to Sammy ans esther. For making this the best experience for my family. We Will definitely be back again. This is a wonderful place so clean modern. It deserves 10 out of 10 rating.
